Responsibilities
- Maximize sales by demonstrating tuxedo product knowledge including styles, sizing, and accessory options (will train).
- Provide a friendly and welcoming environment
- Handle multiple customers simultaneously
- Demonstrate effective phone etiquette and customer service
- Maintain a professional appearance consistent with established dress code
- Participate in off-premise Bridal Showcases
Skills
- Prior experience in retail men’s clothing a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent English communication – verbal and written
- Excellent time management and attendance habits
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work some nights and Saturdays
